100 MUR-CRUI scholarships for university students holding international protection - a.y. 2024/2025
The Ministry of University and Research (MUR), in collaboration with the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI), has announced a call for 100 annual scholarships for university students holding international protection for the academic year 2024/2025.
Scholarship Amount
The scholarship provides a grant of €7,015.97, which can be increased by a further 15% for students with an ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) of €13,863.40 or less.
Who can apply
The annual scholarships are reserved for university students enrolled in the a.y. 2024/2025 who meet both of the following requirements:
- Hold international protection (refugee status, subsidiary protection, temporary protection for Ukrainian citizens) obtained in Italy.
- Be enrolled for the first time in a bachelor’s, master’s, or single-cycle degree program, or in subsequent years at an Italian university.
Incompatibility
The scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships or financial benefits granted under the right-to-study regulations.
When and how to apply
To participate in the selection, candidates must complete both of the following steps by the deadline of March 3, 2025, at 23:59:
1. Fill in the online application form: forms.office.com/e/WeFDhm2Cbt
2. Send the required documentation by email to refugees@crui.it, including:
-A copy of an identity document issued in Italy.
- A copy of the document certifying the international protection status.
- A certificate of university enrolment in the a.y. 2024/2025.
Selection and Rankings
Scholarships will be awarded based on specific requirements and the number of academic credits (CFU) earned. A provisional ranking will be published on March 30, 2025, on the website www.tirocinicrui.it/.
